Accessibility Advice and Guidance

Accessibility is about more than physical space. It’s about creating environments where everyone feels safe, understood, and valued. Our service helps organisations recognise and remove barriers, making inclusion a reality rather than an aspiration.

About

We work with organisations across retail, education, health, hospitality, and the community sector to improve accessibility for autistic people and their families. From sensory-friendly adjustments to communication support and staff awareness training, our team can help you embed changes that are meaningful, sustainable, and person-centred.

Our approach is informed by autistic voices, best practice guidelines, and years of frontline experience. We’ll work with you to assess your current environment, identify barriers, and co-design practical solutions that enhance the experience for all users.

My Five

My Five is our campaign aiming to help retail, hospitality and leisure businesses become more welcoming and accessible to autistic people and their families. Ensuring the changes you make reflect what your customers want, and need, is paramount in ensuring true accessibility and inclusion. We believe that through effective consultation, we can ensure that the changes that you make will have not only a positive impact on your business, but also on your customers.

By utilising our ‘My Five’ campaign, we can support you to engage directly with your customers to ensure that any improvements are customer led, taking a ‘you said, we did’ approach. This means that any changes and adaptions are informed directly by your customers.
